I have read and understood the Rules of the BMSL and on behalf of the Club hereby agree to abide by the Rules and to accept & implement the decisions of the Management Committee of the BMSL, subject to the right of appeal in accordance with the Rules.
The Club holds or is currently working towards Football Association Charter Standard status and is fully committed to the Football Association’s Respect programme. The Club has Codes of Conduct in place to which all club officials, players, parents and spectators have confirmed their commitment to abide by.
In addition to 3rd Party Public Liability Insurance through the Club’s County Football Association, each team registered with the BMSL has Personal Accident & Injury Insurance cover for the 2023‐2024 season.
